Monday morning, June 15th, 2009. The digital television (DTV) conversion rolled out this past weekend. Were you ready?
This guy wasn’t ready (see picture). There were actually two “free” TVs offered 10 minutes before I was able to go back and take this picture. And there was an empty box for a brand new HDTV by the garbage can up the street.
If you still have questions you can go to the governement’s website http://www.dtv.gov/. This may have been a good weekend for Radio Shack, WalMart, and Best Buy.
